SO, I PLACED MY ORDER. NOW WHAT?
Please allow up to 3 business days to process an order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 3-7 business days to be delivered depending on your proximity to our fulfillment center in North Carolina. If you need your order by a certain date, we ask that you place your order 10 business days before that time.
You can find your tracking number by checking your shipment notification email.
For Goodness Socks cannot be responsible for missing, stolen, and damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did NOT receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
BUYER’S REMORSE?
We are sorry that you need to cancel your order. Unfortunately, once an order is placed and processed, we are not able to make changes to it. If it has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel your order so that you may place a new order with the correct items. Please email us at sockmaster@forgoodnesssocks.com for more help.
THIS JUST ISN’T WORKING OUT
That’s okay. It’s cool. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items purchased on forgoodnesssocks.com. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging. We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item for a full refund and place a new order for your replacement. START MY RETURN
Once your return is delivered, it typically takes 3-5 business days for our warehouse to receive and inspect your return. Refunds and Exchanges will NOT be processed until items are returned and inspected by our warehouse. After passing inspection, a refund minus applicable shipping costs will be issued to the original form of payment and you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow another 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Please allow for another 7-14 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card. We reserve the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements and we are not responsible for any lost returns.
